The temp-to-hire candidate remains on our payroll for a   "trial period"   while you are able to make an assessment of suitability before extending an offer of employment

In order to find the right candidates, we employ selection procedures such as aptitude test, group discussion and interviews to hire talented and self motivated people.
  • Background Screening & Referral checks – Our third party background screening and referral check process involves authenticating the information supplied to a potential employer by a job applicant in his or her resume, application, and interviews. Background checking ensures the employer that the candidate has the background and experience he or she claims. Our background screening check include verification of academic credentials, verification of prior employment including position, longevity, salary, and job performance, discussions with business, professional, and personal references and verification of letters of recommendation, drug screening if required, testing to confirm skills and knowledge, an Internet search, on the candidate's name to confirm an individual's claims about their jobs, performance, awards, and more, criminal background checks; and especially for accounting and finance professionals, credit checks.
